1969 Chevy Chevelle
The Chevrolet Chevelle was produced for three generations from 1964 through 1978. This particular Chevelle is a 1969, which was billed as “America’s most popular mid-sized car” This was the year that production rose, of course with all its original features and some styling changes back then its easily to see why!! Such changes as the blacked out grill with the SS rear emblem, taillights were larger and more vertical all flowing into the quarter panels, revised front-end styling. Also there were options that included headlight washers, power windows and locks and a rear defroster. While some of the new features being practical additions, others were just for showing off of course.
Now this Chevelle had a small block engine, and now will be getting an all new LT4 engine with a 6 speed transmission. This build will also be sitting on a Roadster Shop Fast Track stage 3 chassis.
Our build has already gotten underway!! So make sure that you check in periodically to see the progress on our 1969 Chevelle build…
