1949 Ford Woody
Did you know at the start of the 20th century, most forms of transport was made of wood, including boats, planes. Steel-stamping techniques slowly improved, and steel gradually replaced hardwood over time. Designers continued to use wood for styling. Steel improved body strength and durability, but car owners liked the look and charm of wood and the charm in this 1949 Woody is just as prominent as any Woody out there!!
Our plans for this full restoration build will be nothing short of spectacular. It will be getting a full paint job a new Art Morrison chassis and a new LS motor for dependability and smoother ride plus a run through in our fab shop.
We will update as we go as this will be a build to watch!!
