1982 Mercedes G Wagon
This is actually a rare find, it’s luxurious and it’s a historical European vehicle, ever to be made, making it a must have ride….It’s the G-wagon or also known as Puch G made by Mercedes-Benz. This is the first year for this series to have fuel injection when the 230 GE was introduced, along with more comfortable and more supportive front seats, auxiliary heating, wider tires and fender flares.
This G-wagon was made to be an off roader with its minimal technology and innovative features. This model lacked adjustable suspension, antilock brakes and any sort of electric nanny, though under the hood is the famous 28-liter straight 6 that produces 154 horsepower and 167 lbs of torque. This engine is apparently known for being the most reliable made by Mercedes.
When we get done with this gem it will be a beast, so stick around to see it’s completion…
Cheers,
