Goodguys 17th Meguiar’s Del Mar Nationals highlights and honors…

With the smell of exhaust and kettle corn heavy in the air you know this was the weekend of all things good!! The excitement from everyone around was almost palpable, however if you were there you would have seen why. The Goodguys Del Mar Nationals show is one of the best and a favorite show of the nations to attend and this year did not in any way disappoint!! I also over heard that this was one of the better shows that was had in years, but I’m sure that might be said every year. How can we dispute that as our 1966 Buick Riviera did make it to the Top 10 Builder’s Choice award chosen by Charley Hutton!! That is such a huge honor!! This award signifies automotive excellence and shows the who’s who in the elite line up of the country’s top hot rod builders!! So to say this is just an award would be grossly understated!! Seriously we are ever grateful for these honors!!

It was a surprise to all of us when Miss Daisy our ever cute shop dog car jacked Andy’s son for his sleek ride!!

She hauled out of there fast with zero cares in the world hahaha…

After Miss Daisy’s car jacking we went over and caught some Autocross and then spotted the 1959 Chevy truck we built and the 1964 Cadillac we did some repairs on!!
