Crunch Time
With the body back on the frame it's time to put it all together
and make it work. Jean-Noel starts skinning the interior while Scott and
Chris start in on the wiring.
Usually, on a restoration like this, you would see a Vintage
Air AC unitgoing in under the dash--but not this time. The car is going
to Michegan, so the refurbished stock heater unit will suffice.
The cowl vent is fully functional.
The headliner, door panels, seats and trim will be skinned
in leather.
The battery will be hidden in the space between the rear seat
and the trunk rear panel, along with the sound equipment.
