29 Ford Chop
The first step is to place tack welds all of the contact points.
Once everything is lined up straight, the remaining welds are completed.
Lars uses a hammer and dolly to flatten the weld beads.
The window frames get their turn on the chopping block.
The doors, too.
Because the door thickness narrows towards the top, the door
frame needs to be split, spread, and re-welded.
